Welcome!
I'm excited to work with you and help you feel more intuitive in your body. My sessions encourage deep relaxation through a little work and breathing on your part. My therapeutic approach allows you identify areas of stagnancy, and with proper breathwork, will allow release and relief of the area. My background is primarily in orthopedic and myofascial massage therapy, however, I use a variety of different methods to address individual needs and concerns.
